Her research interests include human-computer interaction, design and evaluation of user interfaces, usability analysis, and knowledge management. Her current research projects involve examining user interaction with video retrieval systems and user-centered design and evaluation of video digital libraries. Moreover, she extends her research effort to explore socio-cognitive aspects of information/knowledge sharing among inter- and intra-group members to establish a basis for developing technology communication models in virtual organizations and cyber infrastructures.
