The application of attitude and inter-group process models to various areas in housing and service provision, and specifically to issues surrounding homelessness, low-income housing and organisational diversity within the non-profit sector. More generally, my research has included experimental, quasi-experimental, modelling, and survey designs, and explored the following: attitudes, decision processes, identity, (norms)group salience, and the modification of behaviour.
