My area of training is ethology (biological behavior study), and my area of specialization is the development of the behavior of children and adolescents. My research expertise focused on the study of biological factors affecting human adaptive capacities , and the means to promote them.
My main current research themes are:
non-verbal communication and its influence on intervention work: interpersonal sensitivity, empathy, emotional contagion
prevention and intervention programs aimed at rebalancing the biological stress system
highlighting behavioral stress indicators
My work is mainly based on the objective codification of behaviors from video recordings coupled with physiological measures and more conventional behavioral evaluation instruments used in epidemiology (questionnaires, assessment scales, etc.).
