Job Purpose
RIT Dubai is currently seeking applications from exceptional candidates for a Lecturer position in Communication/Advertising and PR starting in the Fall semester of 2026 (August 2026). RIT Dubai is looking for a highly qualified, motivated, and enthusiastic individual. The successful candidate is expected to teach undergraduate courses in the broad field of Communication with a 5/5 semester teaching load.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* A master’s degree in Communication or a related field.
* Previous teaching experience at the university level in the Middle East specifically relating to the following areas of Communication/Advertising and PR including but not limited to courses in the following areas:
- Advertising and PR
- Digitial Design in Communication
- Technical Communication
- Interpersonal/Small-Group Communication
- Public Speaking
- Journalism

* Experience teaching general education courses.
* Ability to work with a culturally diverse student population.
* Proficiency in instructional technology and learning management systems.
* Excellent writing and communication skills.
