Department chairs serve three-year, renewable appointments and report to the campus Provost.

The successful candidate will also become a member of the core faculty. Core faculty are expected to demonstrate achievement in the areas of student engagement, scholarly activity, and service, including administrative functions within the department and university. Area of clinical/scholarly expertise is open.

This is a full-time, 12-month position, with academic rank and paid vacation. Opportunities for up to one day per week of professional practice are also available.
